As she packs, ordinary objects bring back traces of their recently ended relationship. Their emotional value recalls the tradition of the bridal trousseau, opening a reflection across generations on the meaning we give to objects, home, and relationships today.

Giulia Cosentino (1990) is an archive researcher, screenwriter, and director. After graduating in Cinema Studies in Rome, Paris, Lisbon and Barcelona, she worked as assistant director with Matteo Garrone, Pietro Marcello Aleksander Sokurov and Miguel Gomes, among others. In 2022, she won the Premio Solinas for Best Feature Screenplay. Her previous experimental short films have been selected at numerous international film festivals. Se mai le cose is her debut fiction short film.
